Before joining Morton Brown Family Wealth, Tia built her career in hospitality and customer experience, where she developed a passion for creating memorable interactions and delivering service with intention. From leading front desk operations to improving internal processes, she learned the value of thoughtful communication, organization, and making every interaction feel personal.
Outside of the office, Tia enjoys baking elaborate desserts, discovering new restaurants and recipes, and getting lost in a good book. She’s also working towards becoming a stronger swimmer in preparation for future snorkeling adventures. A lifelong music lover, she never passes up the chance to grab the microphone at karaoke, where her song choices often surprise her friends.
