Collaborating with Morton Brown’s advising, operations, and client services teams, Maddy translates vision into strategy, elevating the firm’s reputation, client experience, and community engagement. She integrates industry best practices with technology and creativity to foster an authentic client experience, one that adds meaningful value beyond financial planning.
Maddy has dedicated her career to working with professional services firms—helping shape and tell their stories, elevating their brands, and coaching professionals to show up as their best selves. She left the legal sector to join Morton Brown in 2019, bringing with her a deep understanding of strategic communication, brand positioning, and relationship-building to drive long-term success.

Outside of the office, Maddy enjoys spending time with her husband and two active children, checking off new adventures on their annual family bucket list. A Lehigh Valley native, she volunteers her time and experience with several local nonprofits and is an active member within her church community.
