Julia Naccarato brings a human-first touch to every interaction. As a Client Service Associate, she believes finances are deeply personal and that strong relationships are built through care, presence, and follow-through. Whether supporting the details that keep client relationships running smoothly or helping ensure each interaction feels clear and thoughtful, Julia focuses on how people feel, not just what needs to get done.

Motivated by Morton Brown’s vision to make a positive impact across every facet of clients’ lives, Julia leverages each touchpoint to ensure individuals and families are engaged in a meaningful way.

With a deep background in training and operations, Julia understands the many details required to support a well-run planning process. She brings structure and clarity to client service, resolves inquiries, supports accurate documentation, and ensures communication is timely and consistent. Working closely with advisors, she values collaboration and takes pride in being part of a team built on trust, authenticity, and shared responsibility for the client experience.

Prior to joining Morton Brown, Julia worked at a small RIA firm where she managed staff, strengthened operations, and helped deliver a high-touch client experience. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in technology and research-driven organizations, where she helped lead digital transformations and connect internal processes to real customer needs. Across every role, her focus has remained the same: helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in what comes next.

A Jersey girl at heart, Julia has a deep love for the beach, especially in Cape May. She and her husband enjoy weekend hikes throughout the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos. She is the proud mom of two daughters and values family time, whether traveling together or supporting their next chapter.
